Baines is a neighborhood park that covers a city block. It is divided into 4 areas, with sidewalks making a '+' in the middle, and is used daily. The park includes a full basketball court, open grassy area, shaded picnic benches, playground, and benches.

• removal of some old playground equipment that was unsafe, broken, rusted.

• addition of:

  • 3 benches

  • shaded 6-seat swing set

  • toddler jungle gym

  • large modern play-piece of older children
